Well if food makes it better then try eating smaller things but close together the feeling should go away it sounds like it's brought on when you start running low thats been happening to me this pregnancy.
ty @everyone @jules I am just ggoing to try not to wait so long in between meals. @excitedforoctober once I eat it goes away immediately and stays away for like 3-4 hours
