Looking at a House Today NEVERMIND! Lol

Please pray it works out & the landlord likes us. The rent is only $400/month! We pay $1100 now & with my hubby's injury that ain't happening at the moment. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 car garage, huge barn, several acres, some woods, even an outhouse! Lol But the most exciting thing is it's only 10 minutes from my daughter, son in law & grandson!! (currently 1.5 hours away) and 20 minutes from my parents! (currently 1 hour)
I'm excited & nervous both. Please pray it works out. Thank you!
We look at it at it at 7:30 eastern.

    That is amazing!!! What a great deal! And it sounds like it'd get you even farther away from your teenage boys' friends which is a big bonus!!

    We just recently closed the doors on our 2 small businesses so we're not tied down to this area now. It looks like maybe the doors are opening there. I hope so, it would be a blessing.

    We got it! It was crazy, she's a christian lady going through a divorce & she put the price low so because she's not looking to make money on it, but was praying the right people would get it.

    Thanks! Yeah @jules we've only been here a few months, but we already talked to our current landlord & he was ok with breaking our lease early.

    I'm a little nervous, I'm 39 & never moved out of my county before. This is 2 counties away, so it'll be like a new start. Hopefully a good new start!

    That's not bad at all we moved 6 hours! That's change before that when I was 11 I moved all the way from Russia change is good sometimes.:)

    @jules Yeah I guess an hour & a half isn't that big of a deal. Lol Wow, Russia?! So are you Russian heritage or were you born there from military or somethin? That's a huge change. :)

    No I'm Russian my husband is half Philippines though his dad was in marines for 20 years.

    @wilsomom yea it's good sometimes his dad is super mean guy though so thank god he never was intrested they don't have the best reputation now. My high school bf well we dated after too became one and went from nice up jackass very fast. Sucks that it has that effect on some of them.

    Thanks everyone. I haven't told the teens yet, they're not going to be happy. Well at least the younger one.lol

    Why would the kids not be happy? I mean it's not too far to were they can't make plans in advance with their friends plus there's always new friends! Soo much easier when your younger lol then we grow up can't make any frinds cause most think now that we're older were smartest once out there and cant agree with anyone else lol.... but I hear ya so sad that it does that wish it didn't I feel bad for my hubby his dad never has anything nice to say to him. At least his never tried anything with me I think he knows I'm small but I'll stand my ground for sure! :)

    @jules my younger teenager doesn't want to move away from his friends, which are his bad influence friends anyways so I'm glad!
