Fever!! Advice

My 19 mth old daughter got last of vaccines for awhile on Wednesday just one. She has never ran fever with any of them. She started running fever around 1pm yesterday and still hasn't gone away. Did everything I'm supposed with double dosing, the every 4 hours alternating. Luke warm bath. I wanna take her in but I also don't want them to say its from the shot. Which again was Wednesday. So should this fever be from that or maybe something else?

I think fever associated with shots can run up to 24 hours.

She slept pretty much all morning and woke up in sweat. It has finally broke. Thank goodness. She had a bath and so far being herself slowly
