No I ended up in a planned c section because my damn old doctor talked me into it I have switched docs and my new doc is amazing she is even willing to strip membranes I need be

@HomeBirthAdvocate @finallypregnant2 I don't think it will help much then, I have a scheduled induction on Wednesday.Yes I am 3 cm and 95% effaced, and his head is at a 0 station but he is not coming on his own although I still have hope he can come anytime before and I will be happy.

Well I would recommend sex and nipple stimulation

And @monkey_girl it helps to ripen your cervix it will not dilate you but it will help efface you

Oh and heather if you orgasm that will help you to contract and so will the nipple stimulation like 4x a day good luck
