Can't bend my foot up

Idk what's going on, but yesterday the top of my foot started hurting & now I can't bend it up (toward my knees). The side is starting to hurt now too. It's so weird, because I'm normally very flexible. It's making me limp now too. Just wondering if anyone ever experienced this or knows what It might be.

    I have no idea what it is im sorry but hope u feel better soon and it's nothing serious. I can feel ur pain im having horrible low right back pain like I can't stand or walk well even laying here hurts and I have high pain tolerance I'm kinda worried. So I know how u must be feeling right now. I too have never had anything like this just hope I wake up tom and it's gone...

    If when you try to bend foot up towards your knee,the pain is in your calf, it could be a sign of a blood clot. If pain is just in your foot I have no clue. If pain is in your calf you should call your doctor.

    It's feeling a tiny bit better today...I think it's just a pulled muscle in a weird spot. It doesn't hurt in my calf, thank goodness. @baileygoose And I can feel your pain, @jules ...I've had low back pain for years & sometimes it flares up where I can hardly move. I hope yours goes away soon!

    I'm glad it's little better! And thank you I guess my back is "sensitive" but I've never had anything like this I'm hopping it passes soon for sure too.

    @jules omg my lower back is killing me! I can tell you exactly where the epidural went in, I'm 14 weeks along with my second and am freaking out cause of the pain, I've been to the chiropractor 2 times! My pelvis is out of alignment (I guess), I'm gonna have to ask my dr for some Tylenol 3 because extra strength doesn't touch the pain

    @Kimberly4411 I'm sorry I think I just over did it I my workout the other day I top of cleaning and taking care of kids and running errands cause I'm fine today don't think it's anything serious in my case just trying avoid picking my my lo too much. But I hope u can find some relief soon!
