I used to do that with all my pills...always used a no chew easy to swallow food like applesauce or yogurt. Im not an expert, but if shes old enough for benadryl, i dont see why you couldnt.

My pediatrician just said I could put liquid tylenol in applesauce. She said to give her enough to mask the taste but not too much that she wont eat it all and then not know how much medicine she got. Im not an expert either but I would imagine itd be the same.

We use puding for my severely disabled special ed kids.

My doctor called back and said I can crush the dissolvable's and mask them in liquid or food. I did yogurt and sprite throughout the day. @hopefulMom2Be @Star4221 Ty ladies!
