migraine and nausea ***update****

Since 2am I've had this throbing migraine I feel like I'm going to puke and have no appiate and I have gotten the chills to the point that I'm shaking when its 89degress out .. and this migraine is making me cry Has anyone else had this happen to them ?

I went to my obs and they gave me tylenol 3s for the migraine but since I'm 26 weeks and I only put on 2lbs I have to go for blood work and an ultra sound
