Zofran. Ask your dr to give you zofran. Its the best thing in the world. In the mean time peppermints work good and warm peppermint tea will help. Lots of water with crackers.
Saltines and icewater as often as possible...sometimes gum, or sour candy. Ginger gum helps...and try pressure point wristbands u can get from cvs...didnt work for me but my best friend.swears by them....goodluck hope u feel better.soon!
Prescription Zofran is the best thing in the world. It's the only thing that helps with my nausea. And they have it in pill form or a film that u put on ur tongue and it dissolves if u cannot swallow or keep anything down in the mean time crackers like saltines and water or honey or peppermint tea works.
Suckers, lemon water, protein, or just meat in general. It will get better after the first trimester is over. Hang in there. Moving around and doing stuff helped too.
