had a Drs appt today and I am 3cm dilated but she said my cervix is still thick

any suggestions? Anyone go through a similar start to labor? When did the real thing finally kick in?

How far along are you now? Sounds like ur body is doing some great work on its own but with getting cervix ready epo is good for that.

Thanks...still no baby yet. I guess its true when they say each pregnancy is completely different. Oh and @jules I'm 39 weeks

Oh ok well at least u know the baby is not gonna be early that sure is scary. Not much longer now
