tiny red dots around his nose (?)
My almost two year old son has about 15 tiny red dots around his nose that spread a little out towards his cheeks. It looks like heat rash but it hasn't gotten any worse or better. I've tried ointment on it, didn't work. I tried putting a little powder on it, didn't work. I tried a little bit of lotrimin (sp?) on it, didn't work. he doesn't have a fever and no sores on his hands, feet or the inside of his mouth. any idea what it could be or what I should do to treat it? it doesn't seem to bother him, but he's had a yucky nose lately so wiping his nose irritates them and makes them even more red. I try to just use a nasal aspirator, but that's not always possible depending on if we're out or what not.

I don't. but I think it's getting better. I stuck with the powder before nap time and bed time and it seems to be clearing up.
