how possible is it to get pregnant on implanon birth control?

Does any one know the chances of getting pregnant while on the birth control implanon cuz for the first year n a half i had absolutly no period then they started coming regularly and now last 2 months nothing i havent tested yet but i hve been extremly tired grumpy kinda upset tummy and head ache but i havent gotten a test yet have no car or money to go get one
