2 sacs 1 baby

Im 7 weeks had my first prenatal appt today. During the US they saw 2 sacs same in siE and only 1 fetus with a hb of 140. Does anyone have any experience with this? Im going back in 1 week for repeat US. Suffered a loss 6 mon ago so Im happy with 1 healthy baby but yet confused.

    Im reading online that many women report then at a later scan to have 2 hbs. Im not too hopeful as she really spent a lot if time looking around and was quite confident one sac was empty. It was just schocking and confusing.

    with my 4th lil guy I carried him & the empty sac the whole pregnancy. he was very healthy.

    So it never went away or got reabsorbed?
