Cravings in relation to baby gender

Just wondering what type of cravings people are having in relation to the babys sex. I heard sweet it girl and salty or spicey is a boy. I'm going on 16 weeks and dont know what I'm having yet but all I have been craving is sweets, fruits, emerging fruity or very sweet... Nothing spicey at all.. Or salty seems appealing. My last pregnancy was a boy and all I wanted was hot spicey food... So anyway just wondering if the saying is true. Thanks fot the in put

I wanted sweets all through out this pregnancy and we're having a boy.

I am usually a candy/sweet freak, but when I first got pregnant, I couldn't stand them. I would slice tomatoes and drench them in salt and still would crave more salt. I knew then it was a boy....confirmed via ultrasound 2/11 and another today.

I've been craving salt and vinegar type foods nothing really spicy or sweet tho and I'm having a boy...but that's just an old wives tale so don't go buying pink just yet

With my first 2 all I wanted was savory/salty/spicy. My 3rd was fruit & mashed potatoes (not together), 4th was avocados, steak. This one, 5th, is anything BUT sweets. My first 4 are girls, just found out today this one is a boy. So, keep in mind every pregnancy is different

With my son it was fruit, sweets, pickles and cauliflower cheese. With this one its McDonald's milkshakes, pickles and chocolate

I dont usually eat sweet but was craving them through this pg abd its a girl i wanted more savory food with first 2 and there boys:-D

With my first son I craved coke cola and fish and chips with gravy sauce lol but my other son I craved any hot meal really and now I eat cause I have too lol x

I'm craving both fruit and potatoes like French fries, mashed, and chips.... all fruit any fruit! So who knows? I have to wait till may...
