got a positive test

Its 6 days till my next period. We are ttc this is our second month. Just to see what the test would say I took a pregnancy test a digital one that you can test 5 says before missed period. I was really excited. I showed my husband and he said it might be wrong it could be a false positive so don't get upset if your period comes. It kinda sucks he said that but its true and anything can happen in a pregnancy especially first trimester I guess only time will tell. I do go to my Obgyn next week for my annual check up.

You can't get a false positive on a digital. You need pregnancy hormones to trigger the positive. Congrats!

I got my positive with this pregnancy at 5 days early! Sounds like congratulations are in order!

You can get false negatives but not false positives. If the test says positive, then you're pregnant... Congrats

I doubt it's false especially since its digital I've never gotten false positive with digital..congratulations!

I have not heard if a false positive on a digital but I always save them till after I get a positive on a cheapie first. Loads of sticky baby dust your way, congratulations :-D

I've never heard of a digital being wrong! Congrats! I'm sure going to dr can confirm it or taking other tests. A false positive is rare from what I've heard.
