any advice?

I just found i lost weight and with my last two babys I had a really hard time with that. Anyone have any advice on how to keep my weight up?

Im the same way with this pregnancy. I lost 3lbs and nausea is to blame. I haven't been able to take in anything without wanting to gag it.
