i think my arms going to fall off

My son dug his nails into my arm now its red sore and puffy at the site of the scratch. That's signs of infection right?

    Yeah, it needs to be cleaned. Since its likely not deep nor really too germy, soap should do the trick. If not, you can use medical grade stuff.
