OPK as HPT

Has anyone tried using a ov test to test for pregnancy? I've heard that the hormones they detect are like sisters so an ov test could give you a positive for pregnancy.

If you have tried it what dpo were you if/when you got a bfp?

As you can probably guess I'm in the 2ww and bored and with spare opks in the cupboard. I'm not going to take the okp positive as a bfp until I do a preg test it's just for fun while I'm waiting :)

    Yes I did :) and it was while we were ttc with this baby I bought them to help determine when I was ovulating didn't work for me for that I had bunch left the day before my period was due I was curious and so many told me it works it was first time I got smily face. So I went to the store to get an actual pregnancy test to double check and it was positive. They are like sisters opk have the ability to pick up both ovulation and pregnancy hormone. Good luck!
