Pain in pelvic area... round ligament?

Sorry for another post. I was half laying and half sitting on the couch with my back resting against the arm of the couch. I (gently) rolled to my side and immediately got a pain in lower right abdomen - in the pelvic area. It felt like somethinf twisted. I thought it was strerching but it is still very sore.
This is my second pregnancy and I've heard the ligament stretching is more painful with each.
Has anyone experienced something like this?

I had ligament spasms in my stomach I never had it with my first it started in my second pregnancy it would happened if I tried to get up or move while I was sitting it felt like a baby kicking and my husband could feel it. I was around 10-12 weeks when it stared it was no way it was althe baby. Dr told me because it was my second my muscles were already stretched out.
