renal agensis help !!!

I had my son in the 19th dec10 he was born at 22 weeks after post mortem was done they finally confirmed he had no kidneys and it ment his lungs were not developed as they should of been I am now 6 weeks pregnant and terrified how can I calm myself down and think positive did any one else go on to have a healthy baby x
