Nanny pay rate

Hi all,
Does anyone know what the appropriate hourly wage or weekly wage is for a 19 year old nanny?

Depends on the area my sil leaves in fl and was only getting paid 10-12 hr but when she went to NC only 8 but when she is in va around 20hr when I meet her she was 19 now 23

Where I am in NC it is $10/hr for one child, $1 more for each additional child and $1 more if you use your personal vehicle for transporting children.
