Got them with my 2nd, they went away & I haven't had any problems since. But I remember how badly they hurt. I am now expecting my 5th, I hope they don't come back. Hope you feel better soon!
Omg I jus discovered it today I thought it was jus sore arnd that area cause I still wear thongs but then I looked and I was like wtf is that so I googled it and saw pictures of early cases and yep that's what it is idk why I got them this time I never had anything like this with my first preg. Does anybody know if there's something to do to relieve the pain or can my doc. Give me something or do I jus have to wait it out?
Tucks pads, they are safe for pregnancy, plus they help relieve some pain after delivery. They are cotton pads soaked in witch hazel. Also Dermaplast spray. It has lidocaine in it which numbs (similar to novacaine that the dentist uses, but for external use) I found those 2 products helped a lot!
@betty I noticed mine last night too, very uncomfortable I go to the doc. Tomorrow I'm gonna ask him is there something he can give me or I can get on my own cause something has to be done.
Lmao I googled it cause I had to make sure that's what it was I learned I have a light case of them but there were some pics of some not-so light cases and I must admit they were a little disturbing lol
Kegals are where you clench your pelvic muscles (hold in like you have to pee) rhythmically in sets like a workout. I've read to hold for 5seconds, release, do that 5 times, break, for 5 sets. I've also read hold for 3 seconds do that 10 times.
Its just like a workout sets and reps lol. It strengthens your muscles down there for a variety of reasons
