just found out she is breech and i have start of preclampcia, help.....

I know she can still turn and has plenty of time. I'm 34 weeks and foundout at 33 weeks she was breech and that I have high blood pressure and possibly the start of preclampcia. They told me not to worry or think about but now its the only thing I think about. My babyshower was the 5 of march and I had blood pressure of 163/99 I called Ob and they said oh well just don't check it and tell them Tuesday at Ob appointment and had to do the 24 hour urine test. What do I do to not think about the whole thing, Because I'm Freakin out.. anyone else have preclampcia, or breech baby?

There right about not worrying although I know that's hard. A good idea to get the baby moving is a birthing ball. Or make sure your on all fours with lots of swaying x x

@dakotasma I found out at 26 weeks that I also have preeclampsia. I had to spend two weeks in the hospital. They wanted me to stay in the hospital til delivery but I have two other kids at home and since they got my blood pressure under control with medication I talked them into allowing me to do extensive outpatient. Now I have to not only faithfully take a high dose of medicine 3x a day and closely monitor my blood pressure at home, but I have to go to the hospital 3x a week. Each time I have to have non stress tests, biophysical ultrasounds, blood work, and consultant with the high risk doctors. Its really a pain in the ass, but I have to do it. They r definitely taking him at 34 weeks(I am currently 31 weeks), because apparently after that it is much more dangerous to continue pregnancy. I talked to the neonatal doctors and they believe the baby will b fine, although he will have to spend some time in the hospital, depending on his weight and progress. with all the technology now a days a baby can now survive at 24 weeks. So look on the bright side of things ur already well past that. As far as ur baby being breech, mine changes all the time. He also was breech today however Friday he was in position. They scheduled my c section today for March 28th, but they will check him first and if he is back in position I will deliver vaginal. I know its scary but try not to worry, stressing will only make things worse. U will b fine, and so will ur baby. The doctors know what they r doing. And ur not alone. Feel free to ask me anything. Also just something else to ease ur mind, my pressure was 210/112 before they got it managed with medicine. Urs isn't that bad...u r borderline.

My blood rocketed sky high da day of my induction of my first pregnancy I had to go straight from da Dr to da hospital to have an emergency csection if ur pressure is still high or too high at ur next appointment they might have to take u n right then 4 a csection cuz it's life threating to u n bby but I pray u dnt have to go through a csection that everything b totally fine.. pray don't worry n do sum to occupy ur mind n stop stressing :-)
