So I recenlty found out Im prego. Weve wanted a baby but I also wanted a new job. Do you guys think itll be risky to leave my current job if I get a new one? Due in Oct, or might a new job not be the right option at this point since Ill be taking time off after the baby is born??

    It could be risky because they don't have to give to leave if you haven't been there a year. Fmla only kicks in after you have been there a year and had 1250 hours that year, but idk it depends on where you work, what you do and if they will work with you at the new place.
