Swelling...please help...

Im 26 weeks. I work full time and am on my feet rest as much as I can. But the swellin in my feet and legs r gettin unbareable...it.hurts to wear shoes. Hurts to walk...any ideas? Anyone else going thru this? I still have a trimester to go. Please help with suggestions...

Well try elevating your legs when you get home. Also if you have someone available have them message your legs. Take it easy when your at home. I'm 22 weeks and in college so I do have to walk, I currently own a pair of crocs. They give more support than most shoes!!! Mine look like Converse (love them but foot swelling doesnt). They were $50 out the mall.
