feeling more exhausted..

I don't know if it is bc I watch my 8 mon old and babysit a 10 mon old. But I feel more and more exhausted let alone I am weaning my daughter off nursing and she is still not sleeping through the night as well. My appetite is still not there and I just feel blah now. Any advice on anything above?
