im having the same exact thing, i am 5w3d and been freaking out over it myself everyones been telling me its just implantation bleeding or your uterus cleaning out old blood for your last period how far along are u?
I heard its very very normal to have spotting in the first trimester I'm 13 weeks today so I'm technicaly in the second trimester now but I had spotting twice in the first trimester and my doctor said its normal but if it gets bright red its a concern. If you are spotting tho it is still good to talk to your doctor cuz even tho its common and can be harmless there's also bleeding that isn't good. So just mention it to your doctor so he can tell you what's going on.
I experienced tht at 5 weeks and about 8 weeks I'm now 16 weeks with a healthy baby boy. I was told that painful cramping..meaning more painful than what you're used to w a period and red blood or thick clots are when you notify your doc
