when to leave wrk

So I only have 5 wks left in my pregnancy. I wantd to knw whn do you think its a good time to take a FMLA. With my job I have to stand on my feet all day and my managers don't seem to care that I can't do it anymore. What would you do?

    @Mama_Kat that's what I was thinking but my family is so worried that I might just go in labor. I don't want thm stressing on my account. I tell thm I'm fine but they still worry. @bex it a form of leave

    I am due May 1 and work up until april 22nd I work in a tax office so after that I am just not going to look for a job til after baby comes
