When should I inform employer I intend to take all 12 weeks FMLA plus 3 weeks leave of absence? My intention us not to return but will have back up plan in case I HAVE to.
I told my boss last time around that I would be taking 8 to 12 weeks off. But I didn't tell him I planned to take 12 for sure until I was around 7 months.
My bf says imma be a house wife but I think when our baby gets old enough ill go work at the headstart and our baby will stay there I dont like being a slacker and I like helping with bills and stuff
My income tax refund will cover bills since I don't have a bf or husband to help out. I just didnt want to go back to the same employer and wanted all the extra time to find a new job.
