How to get stress free asap!!

Okay i'm 11 weeks pregnant and i'm super stressed out... i stay with my mom right now but me and my boyfriend moving out in july! But when i'm home i'm so stress out by my mom... its to the point where i'm having pains and i feel like it's because i'm stressing so much... i would really love some different ways to beat the stress!! Thanks

  • Yoga helps a lot!
  • Remember to breath! Not from your chest but stomach. It helps slow things down so u can think. Then remember its not much longer. I am almost in same situation as you but can't move do to loss of jobs and home. Good luck and you are not alone!
  • During the day play music, get a little hobby to do. Try breathing. I've started stretching bc my muscles have been so tense lately. But singing a long to the radio cheers me up, I do it to & from work every day
