It can be how far along are you? My first was all in my back, second was all in my stomach...so the last time they asked me if I was having contractions I was like I don't know, the nurse looked at me crazy and said haven't you had a baby before. But back labor was the worst.
Im 37 weeks my 1st baby was on back never had on front now then had 2nd one was on front not back now im.3rd. Preg now it on my back since on and.off for 2 days ughh it borthers.me it sooo.painful than front one.. I.agree with u back was painful.omg! Hate it
I would like to know too! I'm also 37 weeks and have been getting horrible tightening pain in my lower back and then in my lower abdomen. They really hurt and have been becoming more frequent. Not consistent but more in one day. This is my second but i'm still not sure if it's just niggling or something actually happening.
