Doctors appointment today need advice

I really wanna have an ultra sound done because I've been in a lot of pain the past week and I don't wanna just be told your pregnant it happens I wanna know if my baby is okay plus my right shoulder has been killing me and I've seen post sayin they had the same thing and something was horribly wrong help please
