3 neg. And no period

I didn't have a period last month and I've taken 3 tests and they're all negative Ive never skipped a month before what do y'all think

    I would make an appt to see the Dr. I had my last cycle 12/24, 2 negatives, and absolutely no symptoms. Went to Dr 2/15, positive urine pregnancy test.

    Yea my last period was january 25. Im definitely gonna set up an appointment but I think ill wait a week. My fiance thinks I'm just paranoid but idk I don't think it's that
