has anyone had to go to a perinatal (sp) specialist

My doctor referred me to one cause I have an antibody has anyone gone to one of these types of specialist?

    I love my perinatlogist. We drive 2 hours to see her because we moved and didn't want to see anyone else. think of it as an extra layer of drs watching over you. Don't be afraid, they are just doctors!

    @nikalia2626 I have to drive 2 hours to see mine to lol I'm not really afraid yet I just want to know what this antibody means and make sure my baby is ok

    I go to one voluntarily! I have to say, they are so attentive and I get an ultrasound with every visit. Definitely nice to have specialists watching over. :)

    Yup I have my first apt in April. I can't wait. It's good knowing that they have special training in helping with problems
