As long as u don't over heat ur golden moat drs say u can go in increments. I go usually 10-15 min at a time if I feel too warm get out . My SIS went threw both her pregnancies as well and she's got two healthy kidlets:) and her husband is a pharmacist so he knows its ok for short periods as long as its not super hott
