You can find out as early as 12wks but most drs won't schedule the gender US until 16-20 wks in order to increase accuracy.

I found out at 11w but I'm high risk and had a nuchal us done.

Normally they recommend around 20 weeks since even though they can tell earlier, it's not as accurate as the parts still look very similar. However it all depends too if baby wants to show you! Mine didn't and I was lucky I had another scan last week at 36 weeks! Lol
