30 weeks cramping pain and feeling sick

Been getting painful twinges quite low down and feel sick again. Is this normal? My first pregnancy so i dont know what to expect. Also ive lost my appitite. Will this affect my baby?

    Go to doctor whn this was happenin to me the l&d admitted me. Jus make sure

    Have the same symptoms. My doctor told me it could be braxton hicks or real labor. Go t the doctor just to make sure what is going on.

    Oh and. Am 30 wees too.

    Ok ill hav to wait till monday now but i will giv them a ring. Thanx hope its not labour tho its too early.
