Baby Shower question

Would it be a bad idea if i have my baby shower memorial day weekend... i was gonna try to have a bbq with family and friends during the day and then ppl will still have time to what they wanna do in the evening..What to do u think

    thats when im doing mines! my 4yr old son birthday is the 27th, mines is the 30th, we have a graduation sometime that week and we have family flying in, so we've decided to just do everything then! but i am going to have mines like 6pm. when people have time to get off work or finished doing what they are doing.
