Breast pains

I'm almost 8 weeks and in addition to my breasts being extremely tender & sensitive I get these extreme sharp pains. It feels as if I am being poked with a needle. It lasts for several minutes and then subsides only to return a few hrs later. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Talk to Dr about it never let any worry slip by ,most times is only that a fear.., but if you talk to him you will feel less stress about it

I have my first ultrasound tomorrow so I will be sure to ask him.
