I am having a baby with my boyfriend. He has two other sons from his previous marriage and an ex wife from hell that won't leave him alone. We don't live together, but when we found out I was pregnant we decided that we would find a place and move in together. That was almost five months ago and still hasn't happened. Now even when I bring it up he finds some season why timing is wrong or changes the subject or just ignores me all together. Also when he is doing things with the other boys or making plans with them he leaves me out. This hurts my feelings because it makes me think he is going to leave me and my son out of things and that he will never love my son as much as he does his other two. And as for the ex wife she calls him a hundred times day for the most stupid things, and he answers and he talks to her and does things for her and gives her money! Should I just give up on the thought of us being a family?

Im sure he is confused and having alot of crazy emotions as well. Men are strange creatures. They rarely ever do what we expect. I just leave em alone and let them do their thing. If u whine and nag it will for sure push him away. He will either come around or not. If not then its prob for the best. He needs to step up and be honest about how he feels and what he wants. It hard to find a good man that will communicate like that. Good luck sweetie. Im kinda in the same boat as you. Im a 30 y/o registered nurse. I can take care of my own self and don't need his ass. My attitude toward me is not the best these days. Sorry.

But I mean he still tells me he loves me. And his oldest son is excited to be a big brother again.
