  • I think not many people can deal with giving there child to strangers and sometimes you never get to see them again. I kno culdnt handle some else doing what I'm suppose to be doing with MY child. it would hurt me to see some women taken my place. I wud get an abortion befor adoption.
  • Birth control don't always work I got pregnant ON bc.

  • I think this discussion has been very open. Why do people have to start giving lectures about it getting ugly before it has? Not trying to say anything bad about anybody Just wondering why people have to think the worst.

@mom60511 adoption is always an option and no one said it wasn't. But it does take an extremely strong woman that can see and feel a life growing inside of them for 9 months and then give that life away to complete strangers. So most of the time its not seen as an option.

  • @preggointx in Indiana, the pill form is only available at an abortion clinic, its not the same as the plan b pill. You have to be less than 8 weeks or something like that. I basically forces a Miscarriage. Sometimes its not effective and a surgical abortion still has to be performed. It's a 3 day medication I think. I looked into it with this pregnancy because my ex and I were afraid of if my body van handle another pregnancy. I get horrible hypertension to the point of hospitalization to prevent seizures...
  • I just couldnt watch it :'(
  • @babyinblack682 u fix a dog, not a human... sorry, sayin it like that bugs me. Idk y... just does. after this one, I'm gonna get an iud tho...
  • Well I guess abstinence is the only way that is 100%. I got pregnant while on the pill so I know better than to rely on that.
  • They taught us about bc in high school my freshman year. I'm glad I didn't take mine all the time.. being pregnant is great (not the gas and moodiness lol) and this baby is a gift
  • You know the person who posted this was asking for opinions from ppl who saw the movie. Which I warn is very graphic.
  • Not trying to judge or point fingers...but doesn't it seem a bit selfish to not consider adoption because the mom can't handle it emotionaly? I'm my opinion a baby is a baby from the moment of conception and should be treated with just as much value as anyone. If you put it any other way you might as well say its ok to kill an infant because they are not as developed as a 2 yr old. A heart stops beating...a life is terminated. Just my opinion...take what u want and leave the rest.

@preggointx theere is an actual abortion pill you do one pill at the.clinic and then you are sent home a few hours later you do another I think.. My friend felt she.had "no choice" but she didnt want a surgical so she went with the pill. You are sent home to suffer through it and you go back however long to see if it.was.succesfull. I just never understood why or how people do it :( innocent little babies. I also saw on youtube a vid about LIVE abortions where they induce labor and then leave the preemies in LINEN CLOSETS to die. I cried forever after seeing that :.( its horrible! adoption is the best choice plenty of loving families who.cant have babies and would love to be parents :D
  • Well my opinion is if you dont wanted to get pregnant them why you have sex without a condom or a lot of other options? Yes is your body but that little baby is a God son, so i never want to just think about that, isnt a option for me. My best friend had two and she still feel guilty and that is going to be the story of her life. I had a baby at 19 without a father or family support and he the best thing never could happen to me. If you think you can give a answer to God our lord about it or any excuse them do it for. Myselft i cant =((

Abortion is not an option for me so I'm not even going to bother looking at the video. Im not sure my heart could take it. I would never judge anyone who chooses to have an abortion. It's a tough decision and those that make that decision to have an abortion have to live with that decision for the rest of their life and I'm sure for most, it's a tough decision to have to live with.
  • Texas and a few different states have now passed a law where you must have an ultrasound along with the babies heart beat, my mil had an abortion when she was young and she is in her 50's she still cries about it to this day and will regret her "choice" for the rest of her life.
  • I agree with @sunshine25 and @michellelannan. Killing a baby becuz you don't want to see it with someone else vs. giving someone the ultimate gift? This is crazy. N again. I think watching the movie may change some minds.
  • In Panamá at the college they show us videos of abortions i saw one at 15 years. I remember everything. I dont think they do that anymore because the new laws dont allow them, big mistake!

  • @twinkiesmom that one vid was enough for me. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. The video is under live abortions its a nurse.talking about her experiences and why she left her job.
  • Thankfully Dr's and nurses still have the option to decide if they want to perform abortions or not.
  • That was so terrible to watch it made me sick and disgusted with myself I had one when I was 19 and was only 9 weeks and did the pill form but I am ashamed of myself now but to each there own I was in no position for a child and my family would have disowned me definitely changed my outlook on the subject of abortion though
  • @michellelannan exactly that is one thing I will never watch again. N I don't think any of the opinions expressed r judgemental. Y do I have to be judgemental because I disagree with abortion? That is how I feel, the same as others feel that is fine.
  • @lala15 you remind me of my friend :( she calls me crying alot mainly late night when she is just.laying there thinking about it.i guess...she tells me all.the time that she wants her baby back it was an extremely screwed up situation though :/ her bd was abusive and pretty much forced her and her family would've done the same as yours. @twinkiesmom
  • @twinkiesmom nothing wrong with voicing opinions..i dont bash.people who.get abortions because everyone.has there.own.situation but adoption should be.considered :)
  • @MichelleLannan no sorry I didn't mean you! I was referring to the person sayin ppl were bn judgemental n I don't c where anyone has. Sorry bout that! I happen to agree with everything you've said!
