Confused!?!

So pregly and the other 2 apps I have downloaded are telling me that I am 6 weeks and 1 day but in my 7th week! So what do I tell people 6 or 7???

You're 6 weeks.. then when you're 7 weeks, and going into your 8th week, you'll say you're 7 weeks!

It means you have completed 6 whole weeks, starting your 7th. Its confusing, I know.
