    Ah, we live close to the main gate, but not on base. I just moved here in Oct. His training was like 7 months, but I'm here now (:

    Oh wow.. so you're good & familiar with it all.. I've made friends easily, but this place is def not home yet.. & I wish it would warm up already. I got excited about being close to a beach & I'm disappointed haha

    Yea. I know. I'm about to go thru a second deployment...not looking forward to it. I know a few people here but most are young, just married with no kids. Not many women I have much in common with.
