My doctor said yes as long as they're taken twice a day. They are synthetic though so I've been looking into whole food vitamins.

My doctor said That's why you take two Flintstones complete. Two has enough folic acid but one does not.

As long they have the folio acid in them. You can check otc prenatal vitamins to see if you need 2 or 1 of them.

I was taking the chewables but got sick of the taste after 1 mo I took 2/day plus a dha supplement. Try the gummies, they probably taste better

Alot of my friends were not able to take prescibed prenatal vitamins (as well as I) but they told me flinstones work just as well!!
