Really bad labor contractions but they aren't regular what should i do to stop them i cnt lay down walk or talk while having a contraction!

Yea but the thing is they aren't regular and i dnt know when to time them so i just sit in pain lol this is my first and im a lil nervous

Do u know how far apart they are? Uf they are 5 to 10mins apart go to the hospital asap cuz ur baby is coming good luck hun.

They are more like between 10 to 15 apart im not actually timing them but i know they hurt really bad and they keep coming i cnt sleep i dnt wanna bother my mom

Yea it is good actually.. Sweetie go tell ur mom to take u to the hospital cuz that baby will be here really soon hum ur having contraction... It doesnt matter if u time them as long as u know how far apart they u need to go sweetie If u do ho let us know what happens im excited for u

Im still having pains my mom said that we will wait to go to the hospital til they are 5 mins apart because they will send me home they r still around 15 min apart and they hurt!!!

Try walking, squatting, if you have a yoga ball, roll on that, it should help get them going.

maybe try to get in the shower and let the hot water spray on ur belly. that helped me with my first
