My nose is stuffed up all the time now that I'm pregnant and I'm wondering if using a Netipot would help. Would rather not take medication if I don't have to so maybe this is an option? Thank you!
I have never used one cause I'm scared of the stuff washing down into my mouth...but I have friends and family that swear bythem! I say if you are not a freak (lol) like me, you should defintely try it!
I have used one and as long as you follow the directions you should be fine. I didn't read the directions the first time I used it and ended up with a face full of water. X_X
Yes!!!! I the netipot. Only thing that helped me when I was miserably sick for 2 weeks since I couldnt really take any meds. Helps so so much. Seems weird at first but it WORKS.
I've tried it for severe allergies. It didn't help me much. They have a nasal spray version that may be easier to use. Its by the same people who make the netipot.
I use one for sinus issues And it helps a great deal. It was recommended to me by several doctors and I'd rather use it than taking a pill. It does feel odd until you get used to it though.
I use mine all the time, but be sure and folloe directions and tilt your head forward. I didn't when I used it the first time (yrs ago) and ended up w/ a nasty ear infection. But, it will help w/ preggie stuffiness
Yessssss OMG love it! I make everyone try it! Its kinda tricky u gota do it a few different times until u get the hang of it, just try to relex all your face and neck muscles breathe through your mouth slowly and try not to swollow or more wil drio down into ur throat
I have a weird nose (thanks to my wild teenage years I bet) so it didn't really work too well for me. I was never able to get it to come out of my other nostril, but it came out of my mouth which is ok too. It only went down my throat the first time I used it.
I love mine! I have the squeeze bottle instead of the traditional pot. It doesn't freak me out as much and you don't have to tilt your head at such an awkward angle. And you can give it some pressure. This is gross, but I think it's so funny see boogers stream out with the saline solution when I rinse. So gross, but you can see it working.
