I have had this pain too and started several discussions on it. Search pain got worse or sharp pain on rt side to see what everyone said. I don't remember everything they said. Bit also I went and got an ultrasound BC of it an there was absolutely nothing wrong. No ectopic no cyst nothing. I would attribute it tobround ligament stretching. If no bleeding should be okay. If it is causing you anxiety call your Dr and make an appointment. Better them thinking your annoying ( not that they will but we all think they will) then have unnecessary stress. Hope this helped!
