Hi I read ur a personal trainer just a question my doctor said doin zumba is ok I do 3 hours that includes sculpt n toning, cardio, n a basic workout. Do u think it s save for me on only 4 weeksApril 2011

314babymama1120If you had already been doing that for a while it is fine to keep doing it. However if you are talking about 3 hours back to back, that is an unhealthy amount of exercise for anyone and should absolutely be cut down
. Since you are early now is a good time to wear a heart rate monitor if you are not already And take note of your hr when you are working out. The books say not above 140 When ur pregnant but if u are used to high intensity and ur hr is consistently above 140 no need to Change Just yet. Hope that helped!
