  I don't have sex anymore lol so I wouldn't know but it sounds like just cramps and nothing to worry about your uterus is expanding and your putting stress on it makes sense to get crampy

  That's normal! It happens to me! After sex ur uterus contracts pregnant or not. If it only happens after sex its ok! But if u keep haven them either way call your doctor n ask!
