Anyone having problems with bd ex's or bm?

my fiance and i are having to deal with his first BM, she makes everything unbearable!, she prys on our facebooks and my yahoo...he has a 3 year old daughter that she hasnt let him see in 2 years and talks shit about him being a sperm donor and thats it....she took her daughter to another state to live with some guy she was cheating on my fiance with at the time and now has her daughter calling him daddy, my fiance did finally talk his bm into letting him call her and he did everynight for 2 months till she got pissed cause he didnt file taxes by the date she wanted him too...he wants to see his daughter...we live in ohio and she moved to Kentucky....anyone have ANY advice on what he can do?

    Going to court can b a pain but is the only way to deal with someone like that. Good luck!

    yeah what sucks is we have to drive all the way down to kentucky because of what she did....it sucks knowing i cant help him in this situation

    Go to court and file visitation! Let the courts deal with her. My fiance has full custody of hus daughter and hus bm is always trying to cause drama. We've had the police warm Ger not to call or msg or contact us at all. If she wants to see her daughter she can file visitation cause we r not dealing with her drama. I also told the same to my bd done dealing with drama if he wants to see his daughter my girl he will have to file visitation. Its not that hard and your fiance has rights. Even if its a phone call once a week or visitation in the summer. He will get some form of visiting and she will have to comply or its contempt of court.

    Wow, I despise women who use their child against the father because things didn't go their way or because the childs father is happily with someone else. Alot of women would love to have their childs father in the childs life so why take advantage of that?

    she swears up and down that he cant do anything because he hasnt filed for visitation, but he does pay child support 250 a month..she says if he calls or comes down there and wants to see her she can call the cops

    Lmao he can file visitation she is full of shit. Dads have rights too. If its court ordered she can call the police all she wants and can't go against the court. Seriously he needs to go file visitation ASAP :)

    is there a way to file in ohio instead of going to a different state, he said he's supena'd her to come up here before but she never came and nothing happened. he has the DNA papers also because she wouldnt let him sign the birth certificate(she planned this pregnancy to do all this to him)

    If she doesn't appear then he has all the say on the visitation. Also its against the law to not appear that contempt and she should get a warrent. He needs to call the court of get lawyers advice on where to file. Not sure.

    Also he can get his name on birth certificate my fiance did with his daughter and gave her his last name. U know expensive but lawyers come in handy.

    okay cause he gets the child support papers through akron but she calimed she filed them down there, and if she filed it here and then took her he could get her for taking his daughter out of state but she filed them down there so she wouldnt get in trouble....she deff did her research on everything possible!

    Dads have more rights then u think. Just have to go to court for them.

    well she has his last name- then hers....she's getting married and claims that will change but i think he has to consent it first.

    My fiance went through summit for custody of his daughter. He got a lawyer though. A lot of times they will take payments.

    Don't know. They have legal aid too and summit county actually has a group who helps dads get visitation and rights to their children my bestfriend went to them when having bm trouble. They are very helpful.

    If u guys r close to Akron he should definitely go to the fathers group they are free and full of info.
