@lovingmykids sorry I never responded! I got off of this app and just read your post today. If your case worker is not responding see if they have a call center or main office to voice your complaints. Unfortunately, if you don't go over her head you might not get your benefits timely. I would also recommend that anything you turn in, make sure the time stamp it or date it and get copies. That way you have proof you turned in your stuff on time and she is losing your paperwork. Also record the dates you called and never received a response. All of that goes a long way to showing that you are doing what you are supposed to do and they are not. Hope this helps you!
